A business leader, Donna possesses 25 years experience in marketing working with large fortune 500 companies and small start-ups alike in executive and director capacities. As a business owner & consultant, Donna has advised more than 50 companies on how to build a marketing presence both in the U.S. and abroad. She has done business in 15 countries and understands the delicate balance of moving forward the businesses agenda while respecting the varying approach of different cultures. Donna enjoys mentoring and grooming individuals, helping them to work together as a team for the collective whole while developing and specializing individual talents.

Having sat on the Board of Directors for many trade organizations, Donna specializes in organizing and building not-for-profit organizations, recruiting and motivating volunteers; recognizing that the greatest asset to any organization is its people.
